As teachers, we face always new, challenging, sometimes exhausting situations. In this format, we address primarily pedagogic and emotional (less technical) limits, with which we are faced. How do we deal with the situation, when we experience discomfort in a teaching situation or when working with students seems difficult for both sides? How can such topics be discussed within the teaching staff and how can problems be solved? This meeting takes place partly in parallel pair conversations among two people, and is intended for exchanging ideas on how we can deal with such concerns.
