Ballet class with Georg Reischl
For Georg it is important to provide a ballet class that warms up the body in the morning, to improve technical skills, to get coordination, dynamics and mind ready for the day. An uplifting, joyful approach to something very complex and technical. Georg offers a class that is focused on movement, dynamics and “Epaulement” but also on decision-making, performance and pure joy.

Yamuna Body Rolling with Flavia Tabarrini
Flavia offers a daily session in Yamuna Body Rolling . YBR is a trainingsmethod using the specialized Yamuna Body Rolling balls. By using the balls people can target superficial skin, fasciae, muscle fibers, tendons, ligaments, bones, internal organs, and the nervous system by themselves. The effect of Yamuna Body Rolling is its multidimensional elongation of muscle fibers. In addition to the regular longitudinal elongation by the conventional stretch method, Yamuna Body Rolling enables the transversal and diagonal expansion of muscle fibers in order to move the body more dynamically. Yamuna Body Rolling can provide benefits in regard to a wide range of dancetechniques (i.e.: Release, Contactimprovisation).
